Quilts & Quilt Raffle Tickets Buyers Needed for Little Cities Day

Quilts will be a major part of this year’s Little Cities of Black Diamonds Day at Miller High School on October 19. The Southern Perry Quilt Show will celebrate its 20th year as part of the event and The Little Cities Council will join the theme by raffling a quilt made by New Straitsville resident April Neal.
Quilt Show organizer Elaine Higgins is seeking quilts from area residents to display during the show. Call her at 740-394-2223 to have your quilt included. Chances for the raffle will be on sale prior to the event by contacting the Little Cities office in Shawnee and on the day of the event with the drawing set at 4PM
