Next Up: The Hocking Valley Brick Industry |
| The brick making industry in our mineral rich region has been selected as the next theme for the LCBD Council to explore. The theme will premiere at the 2011 Little Cities of Black Diamonds Day event. If you have historical information about the theme or ideas for developing it, contact Cheryl Blosser at the Council office to share your information. Volunteers are needed to develop an exhibit and other materials. Bricks from each brick plant that existed in the microregion are being sought as well as information on owners and workers at these plants. |
